Description
Woman’s mantle or dolman in red silk velvet plush trimmed with brown marabou feathers. Small round collar trimmed with marabou down feathers, fitted bodice fastening centre front with metal hooks and eyes with border of marabou down feathers either side, extending over hips. Full-length cape sleeves gathered into shoulders, extending into flared cuff with border of marabou down feathers. Back cut higher with panels extending to create additional width to go over bustle. Lined with red silk, interlined with wool, quilted, internal red ribbon waist tape.
